In this review, the development of Schottky diodes technology in recent years have been introduced, including the structures and preparation of Schottky diodes. The frequency multiplier based on planar Schottky diode is an important part of terahertz solid state source.

Its high cutoff frequency makes it work well in the terahertz range. Terahertz planar Schottky diode is a kind of low parasitic semiconductor device. The solid-state terahertz sources based on semiconductor devices have attracted extensive attention in the field of terahertz information technology due to their characteristics such as being able to work at room temperature, being small in size, being easy to integrate and having good frequency stability. The special position of terahertz wave in the electromagnetic spectrum makes it possess the characteristics of orientation, broadband, penetration and low energy, which promotes the extensive research of terahertz wave in the fields of communication, radar, imaging, sensing, security inspection and so on. However, problems still occur if you try to unzip an archive which contains at least one file that is larger than 4 GB using the standard MacOS system utility. On systems running newer versions of MacOS, this problem has been largely eliminated. If the recipient uses a different system, we recommend zipping the data (above 4 GB) using something other than the standard MacOS system utility or send the data unzipped. Data over 4 GB in size that is zipped using the standard MacOS system utility will only be able to be unzipped using the same utility.

If you download a file larger than 4 GB on MacOS, either download the transfer as individual files (if your browser supports this - we recommend Chrome) or download as a zip file but use something other than the system utility to unzip it – we’ve successfully tested iZip Unarchiver and WinZip for Mac. What’s the problem?įor some time now, there has been a problem with systems running older versions of MacOS not being able to open zip files larger than 4 GB using the standard system utility if the data was not zipped using the same utility.

Zip archives larger than 4 GB can’t be unzipped on mac os. The transfer (the link through which the receiver reads and downloads data) has an expiration date based on your settings for direct transfers sent from storage, but the data will still also remain stored for future use, even after the link expires. When set in this way, incoming transfers will consume storage capacity. Then even incoming transfers will be controlled according to you. If you want to set your own default expiration for incoming transfers, you can do so in your profile's settings. All incoming transfers have a default expiration date in accordance with the sender’s settings. It is possible to set a default expiration date that is either shorter (3 days) or longer (20, 30 days) You can also select the "never" option in the expiration menu, which means that the transfer will be active indefinitely and will not expire. All paid plans have a default expiration of 10 days for direct outgoing transfers (data stored in storage has no expiration).
